British scientist suggests using aborted babies as source of organ transplants

Professor Sir Richard Gardner of Oxford University, an advisor to the Royal Society and to the Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority, has suggested that organs from aborted babies could be used for transplants. Gardner said that because there is a severe shortage of donated organs, victims of abortion might be a "more realistic" source of vital organs, particularly kidneys.
